It’s been a whirlwind of activity for our new Test Kitchen model, and I wanted to share some of my own personal thoughts on how it went, from my perspective…

As you know, Michel and I made a radical departure from the “typical” way internet business building trainings are done, when we announced that we were going to be using an interactive training model from here on out.

It was, quite frankly, a scary idea for us, because it was so completely different from anything we’d ever done before.

We really weren’t sure if it would work or not, whether our students would enjoy this new training model, and whether we would be able to find a balance between teaching the basics and keeping things interesting.

Plus, with the introduction of the Profit Sharing Model (a very new concept in business training, to be sure!) we were nervous about giving our students 60% of our profits on business ideas we had held close to the chest for a long time.

As it turns out, we LOVED the new model and have absolutely confirmed that this is the new way of teaching that stands to truly revolutionize the business training “industry”.

It has been so much fun and we can’t wait until Test Kitchen #2, when we are going to be exploring a whole new way of generating revenue for a web based business. Doing it interactively, allowing our students to see what really goes into building a business online, and sharing our knowledge and resources, is so much more fun than I can put into words.

Towards the end of the Test Kitchen #1 series, I asked our active students (those who chose to join us each week in Test Kitchen #1) to let us know anonymously how they felt about the new training model. Here are the results…

We were, quite frankly, amazed that not a single one of our students disliked the classes. After all, it is said that you can’t please everyone. But apparently, we’ve been doing a pretty good job of keeping our students happy.

If you’ve ever considered joining us, now is the perfect time to get involved. Why? Because on May 5th, we’re opening up for new active participants, and you need to be a student in good standing to join in and take part in the next phase of our interactive business build.

And yes, we do share our profits with our active students who choose to participate.

I can say that I have been able to get a website up for the first time in 2 years of trying after just a couple months of the Test Kitchen project. I did everything myself and when I was stuck, Michel and Sylvie went beyond the parameters of the course to encourage me and gave personal attention to my problems and questions.

They have become more like my brother and sister, helping out when I get stuck, and we are all a big happy family in Success Chef Test Kitchen #1. Most of the time, the help comes from others in our class, and what a diverse and knowledgeable group we had!

The “watch me, then do it yourself” teaching style was very effective for me. We could see an actual example then apply the same steps to develop our individual websites. And if I got hung up, someone from the group, or our teachers always got me unstuck.

I am saving up to become a lifetime member (I am currently a monthly member). In fact, that it the first thing I will buy with my profits from my new website. I know that the cost of the monthly fees to date would have been dwarfed by the cost of bad online business choices if I had not been a member of Success Chef.

Just buying the wrong program to develop your website will cost more than being a member here. And to be honest there is so much content to learn from, it would take me a lifetime to go through it all, hence my needing a lifetime membership.

Seriously this is the best investment I have made in my online business, and I am confident it will pay back in spades!!

I am still needing to continue development of my www.doctormorelove.com site but I can finally start to do something and really progress with development.

Just wanted to say I loved test kitchen #1 and will definitely be joining test kitchen #2.

I love this live teaching model. A lot of the technical stuff is way beyond me, but I am getting the basic concepts and now know 1000% more about the special things to ask a web person to do for me.

I love all the resources and product suggestions, such as plug-ins, outsourcing companies and web templates to use. Those are priceless.

As for suggestions, I think a small homework assignment just about EVERY week would be good to get us to apply what we learned right away before we forget it. (I know—asking for homework–it’s crazy!)

They have created an intimate environment that makes me feel like I am in the room with them looking over their shoulders. They have graciously pulled back the curtain on how to set up an internet marketing business.

They are more than teachers, mentors and coaches in this program. Sylvie and Michel have actually let us into the business with them. Through them we are experiencing a live step by step process building an internet marketing business.

Sylvie and Michel are exceptional technical experts, excellent writers, wise business people, and good and caring human beings. You can tell they really want us to learn.

I am not a technical person, but even the most technical parts of building the website now make sense to me. It doesn’t mean I am going to try to do the technical stuff, but I now have the confidence and know what to say and how to guide the person I hire to do it.

I have bought many programs in the past, but this is a whole new teaching model. They not only teach, but they show what to do which inspired me to step out of my comfort zone.

For example, in the past I would get hung up on the outsourcing part of my work. Now I know what I should outsource and they even taught us how to effectively outsource!

When I began this program I had a website that I didn’t know how to monetize. Thanks to Michel and Sylvie I learned not only how to monetize it, but how to turn it into a business rather than just a website.

I look forward to their Wednesday night training with excitement and anticipation. I am an eager student and they have made learning internet marketing fun, interesting and most of all rewarding.

Together Sylvie and Michel have a rhythm to their teaching that flows smoothly and clearly no matter what they are covering. Team teaching can be difficult, but they make it seem effortless.
